How to Survive a Constant, Abusive Asshole Who Doesn't Understand How to Properly Fuck OFF.

I spent my entire life doing this. In case it's helpful to other people, make a list of things that calm you down or get you away from the seemingly "inescapable" situation.

Here is my list, but I'm sure there are more things to add!

-a nice, hot fucking Shower.
-A good blow dry/blow out and styling my hair or doing my makeup Self care stuff
-Stretching and Yoga
-Water the garden
-Pick lawn grass (de-weed the garden)
-Physical stimulation nervous system regulation techniques
+tapping/fist knocking chest
+humming
+speaking or writing outloud instead of with the keyboard
+tapping behind the ears
+running your fingers along the edge of each finger tip slowly (high-jacks nervous system with acute stimulation through tickling.)
+pressure points (my favorite ones are wrists, back of c4-c6, trap/scapula and ear clicking when you flex or wiggle your ears upwards, then followed by external manipulation of neck angle on the base of the head on the side, popping my toes and fingers and then my back and also my hip self chiropract-e
-Gym - Specifically moving more and more weight or more time under tension, maxing out lifts and lift strategies through low rep no rest intensity circuits and heavy/big load, slower lift days
-Sauna
-Vitamin D Sun bathing /maximizing at least 10 minutes out in the sunlight, working on not only my tan, but my happiness levels
-Music
-Film/movies/tv - TV - mostly survival shows but only when they know their shit.
-Book
-A walk
-A drive
-Masturbation
-A podcast
-Writing
-Sleeping
-Non sleep deep rest
-Meditation and breathing exercises
-Cleaning the house
-Talking to an AI
-Working on a side project
-Calling a friend or family member
-Shouting, screaming, ranting, getting all the anger out of my body and somewhere else
-Pull ups
-Push ups and body weight exercises when I don't have access to a full gym set up
-Praying
-Finding somewhere more quiet than other places to sit for a while
-Changing clothes
-Going outside then back inside or back and forth until it's gone.
-Breaking objects and putting my frustration into stuff that doesn't matter so I don't hurt any one else.
-Doing something every day that makes me uncomfortable.
-Questioning my own assumptions on a constant basis
-Never fully believing anything any one person says, only what I have seen them do, and also questioning if they are the same person today as they were yesterday and all the years before having seen my own family act unlike themselves
-ignoring inputs when I want to do something other than whatever it is i'm apparently supposed to be doing in my own goddamned spare time which is mine to choose how i spend freely without guidance, intervention, or external input.
-building shit and trying to move on even though someone tortured me and continues to try to hurt me
-Listening to the same song or sound on repeat when I need my full attention capacity
-Never letting anyone's ideas penetrate my psyche completely unless they are useful and good ideas that should survive forever

I love the way god made me so fucking much. Stubborn, and always adding to the list.

How to survive: Keep doing what you are doing.
